Purpose
______________

Drive4Stardum’s goal is to use structured intensive drills to further develop and establish a player’s work ethic. Establishing a work ethic is very rare in basketball players today and this is why Donta Johnson created Drive4Stardum. As a participant, training with Drive4Stardum, individuals will learn the basic fundamentals and advanced skills that one could incorporate in their game. Being trained by a professional basketball player who has the motivation, knowledge, passion and love for the game is the main reason players want to be a part of Drive4Stardum. Participants are constantly reminded that they must strive to be consistent during individual, group and team session(s). This is why Drive4Stardum prides itself on immediate and future success at the various levels (elementary, middle school, high school, college and pro).
