Before an individual session is conducted Drive4Stardum will do a needs assessment with the participant. This may include but not limited to conversation with a parent/guadian, watch participant at a game or video footage provided to Drive4Stardum. Drive4Stardum could also have the participant go through the pretest process to assess the needs as well. Once the needs assessment is completed, Drive4Stardum will put together a checklist of drillz that the participant will complete over the course of the contract. At the end of the contract the participant will need to complete an evaluation of the training program.
