Coaches wanting Drive4Stardum to conduct a practice or series of practices must provide Drive4Stardum with the necessary content area(s) of focus prior to a session. This information should be sent to Drive4Stardum@tmail.com or Drive4Stardum@yahoo.com. Be sure to put your contact information, the name of your team and where you are located and Drive4Stardum, LLC will put together a proposal/contract. Included in the proposal would be the areas of focus, breakdown of the fees, waiver forms for all that are participating. The waiver forms could be found on the homepage of the website. Coaches wanting representative(s) from Drive4Stardum to participate in the practice(s) you must notify Donta Johnson at least a week in advance of the scheduled practice(s) date. Drive4Stardum would like for the coach and players to fill out the evaluation at the completion of the practice(s).
